Lyrics: Mickey Hart?
Music: Mickey Hart et al
Played a few times by the Mickey Hart Band in July 2008, with Mickey Hart singing/speaking the lyrics - which I suspect he probably
wrote himself.
I've since discovered it was played much earlier than that, in 1981, with High Noon. And it was also played by Hydra (Mickey Hart plus
Particle) in 2005.
I'm a creature of comfort
I take it as easy as I can
I'm a creature of comfort
Money made me what I am
I got tinted glass on my window sash
I never have a thought to say
I'm into science and my new appliance
Is a brand new microwave
[The hut of my sauna is covered with flora]
I drive in my Mercedes Benz
I keep a bank account with the right amount
To entertain my lady friends
I'm a creature of comfort
I take it easy as I can
I'm a creature of comfort
Money made me what I am
Besides an elevator, a cook and a waiter
A wine cellar full of vin
My Swiss chalet is for when I play
My [?] worth of it
O I got an entourage live in my garage
I got [?] my pool
I got a house in the suburb and food in the cupboard
And I limousine my kids to school
I'm a creature of comfort
I take it as easy as I can
I'm a creature of comfort
Money made me what I am
What I am
What I am
[etc]
