The album was originally released in 1968, but then re-mixed and re-issued in 1971. It was later remastered and reissued in 2001 with some bonus tracks, initially as part of the Rhino box set The Golden Road (1965-1973), but now also available separately. The bonus tracks are:

These bonus tracks were subsequently included as Disk 3 of the reissued version of Two From The Vault.

In 2018 a 50th anniversary version was issued. This contained both the original 1968 mix and the 1971 re-mix. It also contained a bonus disc of the complete show from 22 October 1967:
