Played by the Grateful Dead in 1965 their very early days as the Warlocks. In his book "No Simple Highway: A Cultural History Of The Grateful Dead", Peter Richardson quotes Sam Salvo:

"I remember them playing the Rolling Stones song 'Get Off My Cloud', except they reworked that line to 'Hey, you, get the fuck off my cow."
